ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted by Principal Session Judge, Kanyakumari District, at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2748 of 2021 in Crime No.486 of 2021 in favour of the first respondent. and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the entire investigation in this case has been completed and a final report has also been filed and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.816 of 2022, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithurai.
3. In view of the above, there is no ground to cancel the bail granted to the first respondent. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
