[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Though it is alleged that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.27087 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022 has not been complied with in its letter and spirit, it is seen from the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Dindigul West, dated 25.03.2023 that the land in question has been classified as 'Natham' and patta has also been issued to the occupants and therefore, the Tahsildar has concluded that it is not a case of encroachment.

2. Hence, this contempt petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the reclassification and issuance of patta, if he is so advised.
