This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of A.S.No.50 of 20240 pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagercoil.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 30.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagercoil. He has sent a report dated 23.05.2026 stating that he will dispose of A.S.No. 50 of 2024 within a period of four months. Consequently, the learned 1/3
Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagercoil, is requested to dispose of A.S.No.50 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
