2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submitted that the enquiry was already conducted and closed in Crime No.76 of 2014. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
