When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner as well as the learned Counsel for the respondents 1, 2 and 5 submitted that the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2017, which was originally pending before the Additional District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar, was settled through Lok Adalat, which was held on 31.07.2024. 2.Recording the same, as nothing survives, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
