O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to give necessary direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.102 of 2021 and to file final report within the stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C before the Judicial Magistrate NO.6, Madurai for a direction based upon which a case in Crime NO.102 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 420, 109 and 506(i) IPC has been registered on 25.03.2021. So far the petitioner has not appeared before the Enquiry Officer and shared information about the whereabouts of the accused persons since the accused persons are stated to be residing in Chennai, the second respondent is not in a position to secure them.

3. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and share all the information available with him and co-operate with him to secure the accused persons.

4. After securing the accused persons, investigation shall be completed within a period of 5 months and file a final report before the concerned court.

5. With the above directions, this petition is disposed of.
