The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 310(4), 296(b), 132, 351(3) of BNS and 25(1A) of Arms Act, in Crime No.898 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested by the respondent. Hence, grant of anticipatory bail does not arise.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
