ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused rank not known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 366 IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had love affair with the defacto complainant's daughter, who was aged 17 years 3 months and subsequently, the petitioner eloped with the defacto complainant's daughter. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the respondent police.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case is registered for 'girl missing' and he objected for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the respondent 2/3

police shall not arrest the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to produce the minor girl before the police officials.
