ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to intervene in the above bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20029 of 2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/Sole Accused. 3.The contention of the first respondent is that the petitioner and his wife deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the Kumbakonam Suriya Nidhi Limited. Hence, they are entitled to receive interest amount of Rs.50,000/-. Insofar as the chit payment is concerned, the petitioner is entitled to receive a sum of Rs.97,250/- as per the statement of accounts. Totally the petitioner is entitled to receive total amount is Rs.6,47,250/-. Hence, he is ready to pay the said amount to the petitioner by way of cheque bearing Cheque No.612211003, drawn Axis Bank, Umamaheswwarapuram, Thanjavur.

4.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to pay the above said cheque to the petitioner's counsel today itself and in turn, the petitioner is directed to hand over the bond to the first respondent's counsel. In case, if there is any calculation error or any rival claim, the parties are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
