(Judgment of this Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Learned counsel appearing for both the parties have consented for the appeal being taken up and disposed of.

2.Perusal of the order impugned shows that mere direction has been given to the respondents to submit detail representations mentioning their full service particulars and thereafter, the appellants have been directed to consider and pass orders on merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said representations. 3.We do not find any merit in the appeal in interfering with the simple direction stated supra. Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed.
