ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the departmental proceedings in charge memo No.05/2017 dated 21.04.2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent has already concluded the enquiry and submitted a report before the first respondent. Thereafter, the first respondent has forwarded the said report to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Principal Chief Conservative Officer, Chennai, for passing appropriate orders. Further, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that after completing the other procedures as contemplated under law, appropriate orders will be passed by the Principal Chief Conservative Officer, on merits and in accordance with law.

3.By accepting the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
