(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant permission and necessary police protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament scheduled to be held on 23.07.2021 and 24.07.2021 at about Morning 8.00 a.m. to evening 08.00 p.m. for two days in their Village.

2.The prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the Government Order passed by the Government to contain the Covid - 19 Pandemic situation. 3.The petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation after easing of the situation.
