[Order of the Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce his daughter, namely, P.Venkateswari, aged about 17 years, before this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
