(IN CRIME NO. 4 OF 2017) ... 2nd RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to cancel the Anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent by order dated 14.03.2017 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 2780/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.KRISHNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI, Advocate for R1 and R2 not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent vide order dated 14.03.2017 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.2780 of 2017.

2.Heard both sides.

already directed the parties to take DNA Test. Challenging the same, Crl.O.P.No.6279 of 2017 was filed before this Court, which was also dismissed. Suppressing the said fact, the first respondent filed CRL.O.P.(MD)No.2780 of 2017 before this Court and obtained anticipatory bail. After that, DNA Test was conducted and a report in this regard has been filed.
