ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action in accordance with law based on his representation dated 04.07.2018.

2.From the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has some private dispute as against the respondents 5 and 6 and this Court cannot be involved in adjudication in a private dispute between the private parties.

3.In case, the petitioner has any grievance as against the private respondents, it is always open to him to approach the appropriate authority or Court in a manner known to law. Certainly, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

it is not open to the petitioner to invoke extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the writ petition is not maintainable and therefore, the same is dismissed. No costs.
