PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in his proceedings in R.O.C.No.31763/2015/K1 dated 03.07.2019 in quash the same in respect of serial No.4 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of law and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2019.

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 03.07.2019, passed in R.O.C.No.31763/2015/K1 by the first respondent.

05.07.2019 passed in Na.Ka.No.166/2019/Ke.1 by the first respondent, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 05.07.2019 if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
