Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 herein to consider the petitioner's appeal petition, dated 15.03.2025. For Petitioner :

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for the following relief : ''Writ of mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 herein to consider the petitioner's appeal petition, dated 15.03.2025.''
2. When the matter came up for admission, Mr.Ramesh Arumugam stated that the first respondent will dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. As the learned Government Advocate, acting on instructions from the first respondent, has stated that the petitioner's appeal will be disposed of within the aforesaid period, his statement is recorded. There shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 25.04.2025 NCC :
