JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN ,J ) The writ appeal arises out of a common order passed by the learned Judge dismissing the writ petitions of the quarry operators as against show cause notices. 2.Heard Mr.S.Anwar Sameem, learned counsel for the appellant.

same common order, writ appeals were dismissed by the First Bench in W.A.No.1470 of 2014 etc., batch. Therefore, following the same, the writ appeal is dismissed. The appellant is granted two weeks time to submit a reply to the show cause notice. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.19 of 2016 is closed.
