ORDER

Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court W.P(MD) No.16333 of 2020, dated 19.11.2020, the petitioner has preferred the present Contempt Petition, to punish the contemnor.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. It the petitioner has got any grievance, it open to him to challenge the said order in accordance with law. The respondent is directed to furnish the copy of the compliance order to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, either by speed post or registered post.
