By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 01.10.2014 as against the order of the second respondent in his proceedings, dated 20.08.2014. 3.Since the appeal is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose of it expeditiously, within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 01.10.2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
