Mr.P.Kottaichamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.156/2024 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 469 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.156 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused 1/3

persons had fabricated the Government documents. Hence, the case. 3.This Court by an earlier order dated 22.05.2024, has granted interim anticipatory bail enabling the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and to co-operate for the investigation and also directed the Investigation Officer to file a report before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner having availed the interim order, has not appeared before the respondent police not even for a single day.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some medical ailments, the petitioner has failed to appear before the respondent police. 6.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is arrayed as A7 and all the accused are said to have created the forged encumbrance certificate and QR code, committed the offence and also attempted to register the document. The Sub Registrar, on verification, found that the documents placed were forged one and on the complaint of the Sub Registrar, the case has been registered against the petitioner. He further submits that A1, A4 and A8 were already arrested and A8 is still in custody.

7.Considering the specific allegation and the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/3
