ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an extension of the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 22762 of 2025, dated 12.12.2025, on the file of this Court.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that he was unable to mobilize funds, arrange sufficient sureties, and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22762 of 2025. Accordingly, the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22762 of 2025 is extended by a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
