ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for hearing under being mentioned caption, on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order dated 16/06/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Mahaboob Fazil for T.Lajapathi Roy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.T.Thiraviam , Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption ''for reporting compliance''.

2.This Court, vide order dated 16.06.2022, disposed of the Writ Petition, directing the petitioner to pay the tax amount on or before 07.07.2022 and if the petitioner fails to pay the tax amount by 07.07.2022, the respondent is at liberty to proceed as per the notice.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the petitioner has complied with the abovesaid order by paying the tax amount of Rs.72,452/- to the respondent Panchayat and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4.Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is closed, as no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
