O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue a Non-traceable Certificate for missing sale deed dated 28.08.2006 in Document No.5030/2006 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Kovilpatti.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through online before the second respondent for missing his original sale deed document bearing No.5030 of 2006 dated 28.08.2006. The property is situated at Pandavarmangalam Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, in Survey Nos.643/1B, 646/2 and 647/2A. He would further submit that the petitioner has also made a representation before the first respondent on 11.03.2023 with regard to the missing of original document.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of 2/4

Police and complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
