ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.6288 of 2026, dated 30.03.2026.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed in the order, dated 30.03.2026 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur on every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
