ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Madurai, Madurai District, to expedite the proceedings in O.P.No.1425 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner herein filed a divorce application against the respondent in O.P.No.1425 of 2024 under Section 10(IX) and (X) of the Divorce Act, 1869 before the Family Court, Madurai, Madurai District.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petition in O.P. No. 1425 of 2024 was originally filed by the petitioner for divorce against the respondent in the year 2021. The said petition was subsequently transferred to the Family Court, Madurai, and renumbered as O.P. No. 1425 of 2024. He would further submit that the case has been pending for more than four years.
5. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Family Court, Madurai, Maurai District is directed to dispose of the case in O.P.No.1425 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible as per seniority of the case.
