ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The impugned communication is set aside for the sole reason that it was issued in the name of the deceased person Parameswaran. It is open to the second respondent to issue notices to all the occupants and after hearing them pass order afresh on merits and in accordance with law.

3. With this liberty to the respondents, this writ petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
