[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to issue the petitioner's Enrolment Certificate within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the pending representation dated 27.07.2018 may be directed to be disposed of by the second respondent.

3. Considering the above, without going into the merits of the matter, we direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
