For Respondent : Mr.T.Senthilkumar Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.351 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) and Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, in Crime No.351 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 11.07.2021, on receipt of secret information, the respondent Police conducted a raid at Pilavar Mill and found that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 29 bags, each containing 40 kgs. of PDS rice. Hence, the complaint.
3. This is the third anticipatory bail petitions. Since the petitioner was involved in three previous cases, the earlier anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court on 17.09.2021 and 01.11.2021.

4. However, considering the antecedent of the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
5. Though this Court, by orders dated 17.09.2021 and 01.11.2021, dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner, the respondent Police has not taken any step to secure the petitioner sofar. Therefore, The respondent Police is directed to secure the petitioner.
