O R D E R

The revision petitioner instituted O.S.No.43 of 2010 before the Sub Court, Pattukottai. His grievance is that notwithstanding the lapse of 8 years, the proceedings are still pending. Written Statement has been filed. Issues have been framed. Even though the trial ought to have been commenced, the defendants had been putting spokes in the wheel thereby delaying commencement of trial.

2. In this circumstances, a direction is issued to the learned trial Judge to dispose of the entire proceedings within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
