O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to cancel the order of bail granted to the second respondent in Crl.M.P(MD)No.06 of 2022, dated 08.07.2022 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Trichy. 2.Since there was a dispute between the parties, the defacto complainant and his mother did not execute the sale deed for sale consideration of Rs.16,11,000/- and Rs.4,92,000/- respectively. Thereafter, the issue was compromised between the parties on certain terms. The defacto complainant paid a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- on 28.09.2021 and he agreed to pay the remaining amount within one month thereafter. However, the same is not paid till date. In the meanwhile, the petitioner filed a suit for declaration to declare the sale deed as null and void. Insofar as the conditions imposed by https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD) No.10632 of 2022 the Court below were duly complied with by the second respondent.

3. In view of the above facts, this Court finds that no valuable grounds have been made out to cancel the bail granted to the second respondent. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
