O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.03.2023 before the 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent CBCID on the basis of his representation dated 01.04.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on 05.04.2023, the complaint has been given by the petitioner before the second respondent herein and in pursuance of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been undertaken in CSR No.80 of 2023.

3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of sufficient time, no proper enquiry is undertaken by the respondents police.

4. The second respondent is directed to complete the above said enquiry by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
