The petitioners have given representations in this regard.
3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second and third respondents/Corporation, on instructions, states that at present it is not possible to accommodate the petitioners herein. However, there is a proposal to extend the existing fish market. At that stage, the second and third respondents/Corporation would duly consider the case of the petitioners.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the second and third respondents /Corporation, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
