ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate Periakulam, to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Cr.No.50 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.The petitioner is the accused person in Crime No.50 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC, r/w Section 3(1)(r) & 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015.

3.Mr.S.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He would further submit that this the second direction petition filed by the petitioner. 4.Second direction petition cannot be entertained by this Court. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy by filing appropriate petition before the concerned Forum.

5.With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
