This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST(Prevention of Atrocities)Amendment Act,2015,to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST Act,Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.468 of 2024,vide order dated 22.03.2024 and set aside the same and consequently release the appellant on bail in connection with the Crime No.31 of 2024 pending on the file of the second respondent.
