PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose the petition in Na.Ka.No.A5/6582/2015 before the Revenue Divisional Officer Court, Ramnad.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The only request made in the writ petition is for directing the second respondent to pass final order. It is stated by the learned counsel on either side that the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.A5/6582/2015 is already over. The second respondent is directed to pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
