ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the order in Vacation Cr.M.P.No.123 of 2024 in Cr.M.P.No.1805 of 2024 dated 10.05.2024 on the file of the first Additional District Judge (PCR), Vacation Sessions Judge, Trichy and to relax 1/3
the condition in toto.
2.The petitioner herein is an accused in Cr.No.3 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent Police herein. He moved a petition for anticipatory bail before the Court below in Cr.M.P.No.1805 of 2024 and the same was ordered on 25.04.2024 with a condition that he should appear before the respondent Police daily at 07.00 pm., until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner filed relaxation petition before the Court below in Cr.M.P.No.123 of 2024 and the same was dismissed, vide order dated 10.05.2024 on the ground that the petitioner complied the condition only for five days. Challenging the same, the present petition has been filed. 3.This Court finds no ground to interfere with the order passed by the Court below. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court below, after complying the conditions imposed for some more period.
