This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.12.2020, pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to some other investigating agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.12.2020, is pending on the file of the second respondent. 3.In view of the above, the transfer of investigation does not arise even before registration of F.I.R, since the petitioner's complaint dated 24.12.2020 is pending on the file of the second respondent. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9820 of 2021 merits and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional investigating officer.
