ORDER

This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's Trust to carry the construction work in the playground located in Old Survey Nos. 656/2 and 656/3 corresponding to new survey Nos. 397 and 398 in Kovilpatti Village, Thoothukudi District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as civil in nature.

3. As the representation only discloses a civil dispute, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy.
