....Respondents PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.to issue direction directing the 1st respondent herein to withdraw the investigation in Crime No. 282 of 2019 on the file of the 4th respondent herein and to transfer the same to some other agency like 2nd respondent to conduct thorough investigation in Crime No.282 of 2019 in accordance with law.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction directing the 1st respondent herein to withdraw the investigation in Crime No. 282 of 2019 on the file of the 4th 1/3

respondent herein and to transfer the same to some other agency like 2nd respondent to conduct thorough investigation in Crime No.282 of 2019 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that RCS notice has not been served on him.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Further the respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner forthwith and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned court by way of protest petition in the manner known to law.
