Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABHU K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.R.NIRMAL, Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional public prosecutor on behalf of the 5th Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to recall the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6926 of 2021 dated 19.05.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that out of the Court, there was a compromise between the parties. 3.Since the counsel for the petitioner already submitted that she has handed over the bundle to the petitioner, his name was deleted from the cause list.
