Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2018 and on the basis of circular letter No.41350 /U1/2017, dated 20.10.2017 issued by Inspector General of Registration to cancel the forged documents vide gift deed in Document No.29 of 2007 and power of attorney deed in Document No.29/10 on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with his property within stipulated time fixed by this Court.
