The said fact is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who fairly submitted that, those certificates have been given to the petitioner and the petitioner has received the same.
4. However, the learned counsel for the fourth respondent School submitted that, though the certificates have been given, there has been a fee due payable by the petitioner to the School and the same can be permitted to be recovered in the manner known to law by the fourth respondent School.

6. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed, as the prayer has been accomplished. But the dismissal of this writ petition shall not preclude the fourth respondent School to take appropriate steps to recover the fee due payable by the petitioner to the School in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
