PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life, limb and his property on the basis of the representation dated 06.09.2020. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that since the jurisdiction falls within the Koottar police station, the petitioner himself withdraw the representation dated 06.09.2020 and thereupon, the enquiry in C.S.R.No.323 of 2020, initiated by the second respondent has been closed.
