Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature of the Writ directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to give permission to permanently absorb the service of the petitioner as Salesman in the 4th Respondent Society without insisting to get administrative sanction from the 3rd Respondent society and to pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court.

ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 21.07.2020 made in W.P.(MD) No.7714 of 2020.
2.Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, pursuant to the order of this Court, request of the petitioner having been considered was rejected by the order of the respondents dated 28.08.2020 and a copy of order has been produced before this Court, where, the petitioner's request has been rejected.
3.The said factor is not controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. However, he would submit that, the reason cited in the rejection order is not inconsonance with law and therefore, still the contempt can persist. 4.I am not impressed with the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, since, an order has been passed on 28.08.2020, if at all, the petitioner has got any grievance in the order order, he can assail the same in the manner known to law. However, that would not detain this Court to close this contempt petition as no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
