ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.211 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that in the absence of any interim order, the first respondent police conducted investigation and filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court and some of the accused were not added as accused in the charge sheet. For which, the defacto complainant filed a protest petition on the ground that some of the accused were not added as accused in the charge sheet. Hence, no further order is necessary in this case.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner as well as the defacto complainant to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
