Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai in so far as the condition that directing the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagerkovil daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one month. ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MUTHUKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1469 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are daily wage worker and they could not travel around 360 kms daily to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioners.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners 2/3

are directed to appear before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month.
