ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in her favour in respect of the petition mentioned land.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's request cannot be accepted because the revenue records indicates the name of Swami Vivekananda Arakkattalai and that therefore, patta in respect of such a land cannot be given to the petitioner individually.

4.Be that as it may, the first respondent is directed to pass a formal order on the petition mentioned representation so that the petitioner can challenge the same in the manner known to law. 5.Leaving open the petitioner's rights, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
