Prayer in W.P.(MD).No.12404 of 2021: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of house in Door No.31(N) situated at SIDCO Industrial Estate, K.Pudur, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2020 within 1/3

the time stipulated by this Court.

In both petitions For Petitioners : Mr.T.Thirumurugan For Respondents : Mr.T.Sakthikumaran COMMON ORDER On consent given by either side, both these writ petitions are taken up for final hearing.

2. The Writ Petitions have been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to execute the sale deeds in favour of the petitioners after considering the representations made by the petitioners.

3. Heard Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.T.Sakthikumaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. The case of the petitioners is that they have been allotted the subject properties and they have also paid the entire amount and the sale deeds are yet to be executed in their favour by the fourth respondent. According to the petitioners, the fourth respondent has already executed sale deeds in favour of 90 members, who are similarly placed liked the petitioners. Since the representations made by the petitioners were not considered by the respondents, the present Writ Petitions have been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioners can approach the fourth respondent and produce all the relevant documents and the same will be considered and the fourth respondent will act upon the representations made by the petitioners.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in these Writ Petitions, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioners and the documents furnished by them and take a decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Both these Writ Petitions stand disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
