respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and his family members for leading a peaceful life in their property in Survey No. 112/11A, 113/12, 113/13, 113/4 situated at Vembakudi Village, Sivagangai Taluk and District and also for protection of life of petitioner and his family members from 4th to 6th respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2025. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and his family members from respondents 4 to 6 based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2025. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property. While so, the private respondents caused disturbance to the petitioner from enjoying the 2/5

property and already, he conducted survey through revenue officials and now, the petitioner wants to fence the property, but the private respondents obstructed the petitioner from fencing the property. Therefore, he lodged the complaint, dated 07.04.2025 before the respondents 1 to 3 for police protection, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, they assigned C.S.R.No.180 of 2025 and the same is under consideration. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.

5.Since the representation is pending with the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint and take appropriate action, within a period of fifteen days 3/5

from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law.
